was organized in 1982, beginning with two electric line units, in Lafayette, Louisiana. The company was founded with the goal of offering the oil and gas industry of South Louisiana a wide variety of wireline services. In 1988, a new district in Laurel, Mississippi opened to compliment the growing facility in Lafayette. Over the past twenty five years, Perf-O-Log has grown in size and service capabilities. In the year 2000, a third district was opened in Houma, Louisiana to better service the offshore and inland water market of South Louisiana. Expansion into the Texas market began in late 2001 with the establishment of a district in Houston. Presently Perf-O-Log has four other districts operating in Texas; Tyler, Corpus Christi, Edinburg, and Laredo. Perf-O-Log's latest expansion has been in the Rocky Mountain region with four new operating sites; Rock Springs, Casper, Vernal, and Grand Junction.
