Health, Safety, and Environmental Policy

W-H Energy Services and Perf-O-Log are committed to the maintenance and enforcement of an effective Health, Safety, and Environmental Affairs (HSE) program that is applicable to all employees. This commitment centers on the belief that all accidents are preventable both on and off the job!

Perf-O-Log gives the highest priority to safety, health, and the environment when making business decisions and that no business objective is so important that it will be pursued at the sacrifice of safety. We further believe that anyone in the workplace who observes an action or condition that is unsafe has an obligation to intervene and address the root causes inherent in the process!

At Perf-O-Log we are committed to:
• Providing and maintaining a safe and healthy workplace while minimizing damage to the environment.
• Providing and maintaining educational and training standards that matches employee capabilities to equipment.
• Complying with local, state, and federal laws and regulations and industry standards relating to occupational safety and health of personnel and the protection of the environment.
• Adhering to our customer’s safety and work policies at the jobsite.
• Promoting free and open discussions on all health and safety and environmental issues.

Perf-O-Log will review its HSE performance as necessary to ensure that its policies are adequate through regularly scheduled audits. These HSE reviews will reinforce the Company’s continuous commitment to providing a safe and healthy workplace for all employees.
